Blackman Beige Gelcote.

Hi Guys. Does anyone have the name and phone number to the shop that can make a batch of Blackman beige gelcote, 1987 vintage. I want to clean up and paint the engine room. As a side note. Any tips on preperation, cleaning, and applying the gelcote would be appreciated.
