Does anyone know were the 4in. hose from the vents on the side of a 23 Blackman hull go to?

On my 23' flybridge they are blanked off on the inside. I bet all the hulls were set up the same and those vents might be used on a gas boat or as cabin vents on the Outerbanks set up.

Thanks for the reply.
I just got of the phone with Steve Blackman. They are for venting the fuel tank on a gas boat. This is what the Coast Guard makes them do. Kind of a bummer having a foamed in tank with 4in. vent hose from the outside of the hull on top of it! To bad I have the gas engine for now!
I have a 43 series Volvo sitting in my garage. I thought it would be to much for a 23 but Steve said it would be fine. This should go in the boat over the winter!
