Since I haven't caught my first YT of the season yet, thought I'd give it a try Thursday. Unfortunately, I'm still yellowtailless this year. No current until around 11:00. Once it started flowing, the bait came up at the NW corner of LJ and there were no doubt fish there. Just didn't want to eat live dinos or the jig. Lots of Kayakers and about 20 boats in the area. Didn't see anyone get bit. Left around 3:00PM. If there were fish caught it was an afternoon/evening bite. Water was streaky with red tide on the inside and up to 64 degrees.
