The food was great, the weather as good as we've ever had and fishing stories were as plentiful as ever.
Thanks to Tony for getting this one rolling, Zach for filling in with the grill at the last minute and everyone for the good company and food.

Between all the fish stories we did manage to conduct a little club business. As most of you know we are financially responsible for all expenses associated with maintaining our two web sites. Software, server space ect. With our growing membership we feel we can cover all our experiences with a $20 a year donation per member. With this donation you'll have full access to the message board, a site to upload your fishing pictures to and a spot in the tournament.

If you aren't interested in all the perks, you can still use the message board for free. The only restriction will be the private forums and those will only be available to the contributing members.

Thanks again for everyone's support. If I missed you at the BBQ I would like to here from you by April 1 about your club dues.

I've been told that the Blackman yard is no longer in business. Mike, can you confirm? I expect with the slow economy they were not selling very many.

Also would you know if Shirley was still working there or has she passed on also?

Steve closed up shop about a month ago. As for Shirley, I haven't seen her around the shop for a year or so. I assume she's enjoying her golden year with the grand kids.
