YFT ceviche

I had some Yellowfin Ceviche the other night.

I never would have guessed it would be any good, but it was GOOD.
Pretty close to Rock Fish.

Sorry, no recipe, but his seamed pretty standard......Tuna was cut into 1/4" cubes.

When making ceviche be sure to use lime juice, not lemon. Lemon is too strong and will give you a pucker!
