11/22 Cradle Robber

Charlie mentioned something about a cradle robber division in this years tournament. On Monday's fly fishing trip to Mission Bay, we landed this whopper of a halibut on a ghost shrimp fly in 5 feet of water.

This baby should keep me in first place for some time to come.

Isn't there a HUGH penalty (-300 points) for catching a fish of this size and having the guts to show it on BOCA? :rolleyes:

Weren't the penalties in the new rules (for Mike only)? :eek:
