Just thought I'd post my project list for this winter/spring, maybe you all can keep me motivated to complete it all instead of selling and buying a bigger boat! LOL

1. Remove outdrive
2. Remove engine
3. Replace transom plate/seal.
4. Replace trim cylinders
5. Replace steering bushings, hat, arm again, the right way this time instead of letting a shop do it like last winter.
6. Install Floscan
7. Install Macerator in Fish Hold
8. Replace back bilge pump
9. Paint bilge transom area that didn't get done enough last winter.
10. Replace trim pump
11. Buy/Install Furuno FCV600
12. Adjust Valves
13. Oil Change
14. Replace Bellows
15. Buy/Install outdrive extension kit.
16. Replace Compass Light
17. Buy/Install CD/FM/XM Satellite Stereo
18. Repair Fiberglass on Right Rail where Customs damaged.
19. Repair Bow Rail where Customs damaged.
20. Replace Isenglass
21. Service Kompressor and Clutch.
22. Replace Belts
23. Upgrade other Bilge Pump to 1100GPH from 500GPH.
24. Buy/Install EPIRB
25. Finish Fabricating Stainless Rub Rail Plates to Protect Natural Wood Rub Rails that took 10 months to take off and refinish.

I might be busy for the next couple of months, giving Scott and Mike a big headstart on the highliners tourny... LOL

I can't stand any parts that aren't perfect.

Wow Glen,

I'm getting exhausted just looking at you list. Good luck. I could be coaxed into lending a helping hand if the price were right (Sierra Navada's would work).

Glenn, That's quite a list. It's longer than the list I have for the 50-50 although I'm still in the 'fix stuff that's broke and get the maintenance in order' mode. The 'Now I'm ready to upgrade' mode will take awhile.

The thing I learned about boat maintenance is, it always takes much longer than anticipated. Almost every major item seems to take a day.

Good luck on the project. Good thing most of us like working on our boats.
