Family obligations until 230PM Sunday, Chris and I headed out @330Pm for a shot at marlin between MB and the ridge. Saw one Skipjack buddy on the way in and he said he had a bite 15nm 280degrees so we headed that direction. Talked to 3 of my MBMC buddies who were out and they said it was slow. Another boat got bit 2nm west of us @ 47 & 33 so we put the jigs out and boxed for nothing. Headed up to the 15 FAD and beyond, went back to where the last guy was bit, then on to the 178 for the tide change @ 730. The 178 had the best look, we found a paddy as I was reeling in the last jig at sunset; we trolled by Chris saw 2 dodos and one came out and tapped the rod I was holding but didn't stick; we pulled up a tossed a couple of macks and a 14# bull and 12# hen came aboard to round out the day. Back in the slip by 915; in bed @ 1215 after cleaning fish.
