Mango Salsa

1 Papaya (chopped)
1 Mango (chopped)
¼ Pineapple (8 ounce canned)
1 Tomato (chopped)
2 Serano Chiles (chopped)(remove seeds and veins)
1/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar (roasted garlic flavored)
½ Red Onion (chopped)
¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)


Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Stir and serve.

Thanks Mike for all the fish. thanks to El Patron also for the deep fry. The BBQ was great. My brother went back to Santa Ana on the train. He called today to tell me again how good everything was.
