Tired of the same old Terriyaki or lime/olive oil marinade? If you like your fish a little spicy, I recommend trying Ebari brand Korean BBQ sauce. You can find it in Vons. Works especially good on albacore and yellowtail. Just let the fish soak in it for about 1 hour, then toss your steaks on the grill. Simple and good. Thought as a new subscriber, I'd should contribute something to the site.
