Have we agreed on a BBQ date yet? Maybe I got too much sun/salt and forgot?

There will be no BBQ until I catch up to TIME OUT.

I'd like to fish through October and have the BBQ any time after that. There are a lot of big points out on the table still.

My calander is wide open at this point. I think Glenn and the new owners of the Paradise are out of town until the 20th? . Doing it after they get back would push it into the Thanksgiving weekend.

I'm out of town Veteran's and Thanksgiving Weekend, 18-19 looks good for me and 1st weekend in Dec 2-3; then the Christmas parties start but I'd prefer eating fish tacos in the parking lot with fishing buddies if it comes to that! It's Time Out's party let them make the call.

Saturday the 18th is good for me any date except 12-9-06 is good

Mike what did you use on your halibut rig holder for the pins brass screw heads are a little large ?

And does anyone need one I can make 5 or six with the materials I have ?

I used some bronze nails and cut the heads off. I had to drill a pilot hole in the PVC or they would bend when I tapped on them with the hammer.

Saturday 11-18 Mission Bay Marlin Club has a dinner meeting which I think a few of us would like to attend without lobster butter stains or salsa drips on our shirts so Sunday might be better; but either day is fine
