Here's the link to Rikki's, for the Asian Caesar with Sesame.

Marinade for ~ 1 hour
Fillets less than 1" thick
Wrap in Aluminum foil and put on the BBQ, medium heat, 6-7 minutes MAX. and serve.
It looks like there could be a couple of other interesting flavors from this web site.
