I put my Outerbank on Craigslist. It is time to move on...the 2 little ones keep on growing so it's time for
a bigger boat that will accommodate 4 of us up to a week at a time.

Royal Hook
Better think twice Big Boats catch fewer lobster!
Are you really hooping from the Doghouse? I can't imagine dragging that mess into a decent vessel!
Brian on Old Blue, out
For real this time...lots of memories and we do love the boat.
The reality is, we simply need more room. It is our second home; or should I say our main home.
The four of us are on the boat all the time. Our vacations are also on the boat.
Btw, I think our next boat will catch lobster just fine LOL
I've done it a couple of times in the Doghouse; once off the south end of Cat after a day of Marlin fishing and we caught 4 legals in 2 drops then moved over to Avalon the eat them and sleep the rest of the night. another time off the Pt Loma Kelp and it was a pain in the butt getting in the kelp on a dark night kept worrying about an overheat. It's just so much easier in a small aluminum skiff where everything is within reach and you can see the water pump stream off the back of the outboard, and you don't have to climb up and down the bridge ladder! The nice part is we can store all the hoops in the fish hold when underway and you don't get caught up in them on the deck.
