Well she is pretty close to ready for this summer.
The Deck ended up coming off... along with almost every additional piece of the boat. What I calculated to be a "project" of a couple months turned out to be an amazing adventure that wove its' way through little over a year.
I just want to say thank you to Mike Cederwall for literally rebuilding this whole boat from the hull up, John Benson for humoring me when I showed up at his shop with a motor, an outdrive, and boxes of parts, and Bob Malone for making new beautiful cushions and an amazing new cover to wrap our boat in.

2) New upper and lower decks
3) Lower deck was raised 2 inches
4) New scupper placement
5) New fuel tank
6) Transom repaired/repainted
7) Remodeled fish hold and engine compartment
8) New hatches
9) Remodeled console
10) New engine box
11) New seat
12) New electronics box
13) New bait tank
14) New pumps, valves (brass), etc...
15) New thu-hull transducer
16) All wiring/electrical replaced
17) All plumbing replaced
18) New trailer
