Using a boat with a motor is in phase 2, but there hasn’t been a date set for that. If they don’t open the parking lots, the ramp is useless

I saw boats on mission bay this afternoon. An "officer" told me that they are letting up to 75 boats launch at south shores starting at 06:00. I wonder what time the boats start lining up for a chance to launch?

Things opened back up on May 1st. South Shores is the only one open in mission bay. Only 1/3 on the parking lot is open so that limits the amount of boats that can launch.
Everything but the Chula Vista ramp is open in San Diego bay. Four trucks at a time on the Shelter Island ramp is the only restriction I’ve heard about
