What's a recipe??? Anything I cook is one off and cannot be duplicated.
First, got to cut out the inner and outer membrane. This is the trick.
I cut up the slab and tenderize---use it in a tomato / pasta dish; endless tastes in Asian wok cookery; any recipe that uses tofu; deviled squid patties; ersatz scallops; The knife work depends on the dish.

I have only fried the squid so cannot comment on one or the other but this should give you some ideas.
