That sounds like a good one. Save some for the BBQ.
I've been using coating it with Paul Prudhomme's then searing it and serving it over salad.

Thanks for the recipe. I'll be going on the scavenger hunt to get all of these ingredients and give it a shot. I don't think that the YFT caught last week will still be fresh enough for the BBQ unless maybe it's been shrink wrapped.
